How did Jesus choose His disciples? Those chosen were not necessarily the brightest and best. They had no advanced degrees from prestigious universities. Most of them worked with their hands in blue-collar jobs. Jesus had about three years to mold these men into the pillars of a worldwide movement. But Jesus knew the time they spent with him would transform them and they would become outspoken witnesses of Jesus’ redeeming grace.
